The person who most recently plagiarized her and infringed upon my publication rights actually did make a very small change to her work that he copied and pasted.  He did go back and add her name giving her Authorship credit.  But he only did this after I'd literally brought the wrath of Angela down on him. Plagiarism is something so common on the net today that we should all pro actively fight it.
